GYROTONIC® methodology is a revolutionary concept in fitness focusing on the integrated movement of the entire body. The training consists of a series of full-rotational, fluid exercises — performed on beautifully handcrafted weight and pulley based equipment — that stretch and strengthen muscles and connective tissue, while simultaneously nourishing the body with focused breath work.

GYROTONIC® methodology can be practiced by everyone regardless of age or fitness capability and is ideal for anyone wishing to gain health, fitness, stamina, strength, flexibility, and wellness.



GYROTONIC® Private Lessons

Private GYROTONIC® sessions begin with an evaluation by the instructor. Then a program is developed that is specific to you. The instructor will assist you in reaching your goals, whatever they may be.

Some common goals are:

  • less back pain
  • more flexibility
  • more strength and stamina

Some key areas targeted:

  • spine
  • hips
  • shoulders
  • abdominals

Every piece of GYROTONIC® equipment allows for hundreds of exercises and each can be used in a private session. Equipment is used based on the needs of the client and his/her goals. All GYROTONIC® exercises involve working the spine and the core muscles.

Each session is $70 or purchase 5 for $325

Through each session, we will focus on the different series using the GYROTONIC® equipment in a 60 minute format.  The GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® is a holistic approach to movement that is designed to meet the needs of people of all ages and abilities. GYROTONIC® students are both young and old, recovering from illness or injury and healthy. Some of the benefits of GYROTONIC® exercises include increased strength and flexibility, renewed energy and vitality and a general sense of calm and well being.



Classes can only be entered with permission from the instructor. We offer duets, trios and quads; and are limited to 5 participants on the pulley towers. There are over 350 different exercises that can be taught on the Pulley Tower.  Sessions begin with a warm up. Then onto spinal work, leg work, upper body work, and abdominal work. Many variations of exercises are possible.  The quality of the exercises is important. In the higher levels rhythm and melody are incorporated into the work.

Duets are $35 each, Trios are $25 each student and quads are $20 each.

Starts Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at 6:15 pm with Instructor Shannon Bucklin

  • $100.00 for 5 weeks
  • Only 6 participants allowed in a group class w/a minimum of 3
  • Participants must pay by July 18, 2016
* The group class will start on July 19, 2016 and continue for 5 consecutive Tuesday evenings at 6:15 pm.  There will be 1 make up class offered the 6th week.
