Thanks
to the dedication of clients and friends, Body Fusion has
become the premier St. Louis area facility for the serious
study of the Gyrokinesis, and Gyrotonic exercise methods.
Since its inception, the facility has helped improve the
fitness of clients including professional dancers, performers,
skaters and athletes.
Even after 15 years of performing massage therapy, exercise
and conditioning, our founder and director - Anne Thomasson
- still considers herself a student, looking for ways to
improve the strength and flexibility of the human body.
She partners clients to help them realize their individual
goals and understand their unique abilities. |

GYROTONIC
The GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® is a method of movement derived from Yoga, dance, swimming and gymnastics. This system of movement originates from the spine and follows the natural energy lines in the body building internal and external strength.
The Gyrokinesis system, also referred to as the 'Essentials of Body Kinetics' works the entire body through seven natural elements of spinal movement without the use of equipment. The class begins with breathing techniques to awaken the senses | | MASSAGE
Massage is useful in many conditions in which body relaxation, reduction of swelling, and muscle mobilization is desired. At Body Fusion, we perform a variety of massage techniques dependent upon the client and condition being treated.
