The integrity of Gyrotonic Expansion System® is maintained by the use of the very best state-of-the-art equipment. The Unit utilizes a system of weighted pulleys and wheels that create a smooth and constant resistance allowing total freedom of movement.
GYROTONIC

The GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® is a method of movement derived from Yoga, dance, swimming and gymnastics. This system of movement originates from the spine and follows the natural energy lines in the body building internal and external strength.		GYROKINESIS

Massage is useful in many conditions in which body relaxation, reduction of swelling, and muscle mobilization is desired. At Body Fusion, we perform a variety of massage techniques dependent upon the client and condition being treated.
